Helpful service from the staff at reception.

The plumbing issues in the shower were quite alarming as it squirted water from the joints. I also found the separate toilet from the shower to be inconvenient in that it felt more cramped than necessary. Lastly, the room had an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom, which marred my overall experience quite a bit.

What a really good stay, nothing to complain about. Quirky accommodation, marvellous location close to attractions, expanded breakfast. Breakfast with extra cakes. Tiny room, big bed and large bathroom. Excellent and efficient staff and management.

D'Angleterre offered a lovely stay with comfortable beds and a charming atmosphere. The location was great, just a short walk from the city center. I appreciated the 24-hour coffee and tea available in the lounge area. The air conditioning worked efficiently, but it did make some noise at higher settings. The room itself was cozy, though a bit small. The plumbing issues in the shower were concerning, as water squirted out from the joints. The separate toilet from the shower felt cramped, which wasn't ideal. It was a good value for the price, but some maintenance updates are needed. Breakfast was enjoyable with a nice variety.

The girl on the reception was the most friendly & helpful on our trip despite our lack of French. Junior Suite was excellent & exteremely good value for the price. Good breakfast. Parking secure. Great location in the heart of Troyes.

Air Con completely inadequate although the heat was insane (38 degrees c!). Safe not big enough for a laptop.

D'angleterre is a charming hotel with a beautiful marble staircase and an inviting lobby piano. It's just a couple of minutes from the main high street. The breakfast is a good buffet, offering something for everyone and plenty to keep you fueled throughout the day.
